Sunny Bao: Summer Camp Assistant
Sunny (she/they) is an multi-disciplinary artist based in Moh'kinstsis, who chases joy, whimsy, and truth in everything they do. You may have seen them acting in Hookman, Green Key, or 7 Stories; their writing and directing in Kiss & Cry; or their mysterious mask scene in the Student Showcase at The Festival of Animated Objects (2025). When not hunting for new discoveries in the rehearsal hall, you might find them oil painting, making props, singing while snowboarding, or weaving dreams. Sunny believes that storytelling is an avenue to share truths with each other and see ourselves reflected back; stark in all our humanness, but safe with our companions. As such, Sunny revels in the wild abandon of creation and hopes to share that passion with you!
