Drama Classes

  • Ages 9 – 12

  • Dates: Thursday Nights. April 11th - June 20th, 2024 - from 6:30 pm to 8:00 pm (11 Classes, 16.5 hours of instruction)

  • Sharing Class: June 20th at 7:30 pm in the Quest Theatre Rehearsal Hall

  • Location: Quest Theatre Rehearsal Hall located at cSPACE Marda Loop, 1721 - 29 Ave S.W. Suite 325, in Calgary, Alberta

This class encourages students to collectively contribute to a devised theatre creation. Developmental drama games, storytelling activities, character development, physicality, and story making are explored to create an original play for performance and/or sharing of a work in progress by the end of the class. Students are encouraged to bring, borrow, or make props and costumes throughout the process. A fun, inclusive, low stress class that celebrates the organic, ridiculous, and brilliant creative journey of young people.

Cancellation Policy

  • Cancel 14 days before the start date and get full refund

  • Cancel 7 days before the start date and get full refund less a $50.00 administration fee

  • No refund will be given for less than 7 days notice.

  • In the case of illness and your child having to quarantine/self-isolate a full refund (less a prorated day rate for days attended) will be issued less a $50 administration fee.
