With over 32 years experience working in the school system we understand the challenges of delivering quality arts education.  Our Artists in School Residency programs use the joy of theatre making to support cross-curriculum learning outcomes. With imaginative exploration of any content, students build their creativity, critical thinking, risk taking and collaborative skills.

Co-production with Making Treaty 7 Cultural Society

Two girls, one Indigenous and the other non-Indigenous, notice their differences and wonder if they can be friends. A Trickster arrives and shares the ancestral history of Southern Alberta. After hearing the Trickster’s story, will they chose to pursue a path of friendship?

Told with Indigenous and non-Indigenous artists through songs, prayers, creative movement, and puppetry, the plays intent is to promote healing and to inspire positive relationships across cultures and generations.

TOURING: This show will not be touring in the 2019/2020 Season but instead will be presented at The GRAND Theatre in Downtown Calgary and inviting schools and individuals to attend the show.

We Are All Treaty People at The GRAND

Suitable for Grades 4 and up

Join us at the The GRAND, the oldest theatre in the downtown core of Calgary to learn about the history of Alberta. Quest Theatre and Making Treaty 7 Cultural Society are excited to be bringing the story of a shared history of the land of our ancestors that include present day events. Presented for the first time at The GRAND, you will be able to attend our show and learn in a fun, informative and engaging way.


Preschool Field Trips

Our preschool-age programming makes for a great first field trips for toddlers and preschoolers.

Flibbertigibbet’s Story Exhibit

designed for ages 3-7

An extravaganza of songs, stories, and games with a light and shadow finale makes this exhibit perfect for little people aged 3 – 7 and their caregivers. This interactive delight is sure to skyrocket little people’s imaginations, rhythm boxes, wonder wheels, giggle nooks, and funny bones.
