Duval Lang, Artistic Director - With Quest Theatre since 1984
Duval Lang, one of Canada's most experienced and well respected innovators of professional theatre for young audiences, has worked in Calgary for the past thirty years at building vibrant and engaging theatre for young people. He co-founded Quest Theatre in 1984. Duval was the 1996 recipient of the Harry and Martha Cohen Award for Outstanding and Long-Term Contribution to Theatre in Calgary.
Rose Brow, General Manager - With Quest Theatre since 1998
Born and raised in Calgary, Rose Brow has spent the last sixteen years working with such organizations as Alberta Theatre Projects, Theatre Calgary, The Banff Centre for the Arts, The Calgary International Children's Festival. As well as her work with Quest Theatre, she teaches first and second year stage management at Mount Royal College.
Mandy Clarke, Director of Development and Education - With Quest Theatre since 2007
Mandy is excited to be on board full time helping to facilitate the valuable work Quest does. With her education in the arts and her experience as a writer, designer, director, high school drama teacher & workshop instructor, artist in residence and stage manager, Mandy endeavors to be an advocate for the arts in education.
Nikki Loach, Artistic Associate - With Quest Theatre Since 1988
Nikki has enjoyed being an actor, director and teacher in Calgary. Her directing work has been seen on many stages including The Shaw Festival, Theatre Calgary, and Theatre Junction. Over the years Nikki has enjoyed performing in and directing several Quest productions. She has also been an instrutor for Quest's Theatre School, Drama Camps and Artists in School Residency Programs. Nikki has recently become an Artistic Associate with Quest Theatre.
Daniel Libman,Theatre School Coordinator - With Quest Theatre since 2005
Daniel Libman is a playwright, actor, director and teacher. Daniel has had over 40 professional productions of his plays in North America. He has directed at ATP, the Edmonton Fringe, LATA, Theatre Junction, Winnipeg Jewish Theatre, as well as directing student actors at Theatre Calgary, the EPCOR Centre and Quest Theatre. He continues to act regularly in film and television. He was the Playwright-In-Residence and Associate Dramaturge at ATP (1989 - 94). Daniel has taught at Mount Royal College, Calgary Opera, Theatre Calgary and founded and ran the EPCOR Centre Theatre School.
